Refund policy

At Pearl By Maya, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and certificates included.

  • Custom, personalized, or final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@pearlbymaya.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

 

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will resolve the issue promptly.

  • Gift cards

  • Customised or made-to-order pieces

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
